@dfwcyn_ Start small. When studying, use your phone timer(set 1hr), take a break and then set another hour. You could also use your phone to record yourself while studying,so you're not tempted to disrupt the video. Get busy with other things; Crotcheting Writing Board games Drawing etc.

I'd rather read from anytime till 3 a.m. than sleep and set an alarm to wake up and study later. Once I sleep, it's over,I will just continue sleeping even if my alarm goes off. Which do you prefer?
