I've been using Sonic Advance sprites for fleetway even though he's technically classic because the advance sprites have more expressions and stuff, and I want to know for base form (normal sonic) should I use classic sprites or advance sprites

I just remember the principle of my school talked about rifts in time and space that transport people from different worlds into other ones. This is just a theory, but maybe that's what's happening right now
