Holmes has been credited the win in 6/12 of his starts this season, he’s had a brutal schedule, to me this is as good as it gets for a SP chances of coming out with a win.

Tampa has already been one of the most pass-heavy teams this season, ranking 3rd in PROE (5.1%).
