Speaking of spring 2026, here’s a tentative schedule for coverage as we turn the sports calendar and get ready for the school year’s homestretch!

And with that, our winter sports coverage has come to an end. We have 4 weeks rest until our first varsity sport of spring starts. We hope to finish off most of the football program retroactive in the meantime and get ourselves ready for softball, baseball, track, & much more!

There is a silver lining to this. All 5 varsity starters will be back next year. But just that much returning talent is back, it doesn’t mean we’ll be gifted any wins much less a conference title. Much of the Badger Large will return their starters too. It’ll be war next winter.

A season riddled with heartbreaking losses. Waunakee twice, home against Baraboo and Milton just in the last few weeks, now this one. We had it. We battled all the way back from double digits. We were right there at the end. Unfortunately, we came up short, agonizingly so.
