@squizz_fan Hi Julie, I do hope that you’re opening QC tickets as it is uncommon for us to have poor quality as we do pride ourselves on our high quality printing. I would love to better assist you and see what the issue is you are referring to to help come to a resolution for this.
@GotPrint That would help if this was an isolated incident- but 95% of all orders I get from you is unusable due to extremely poor quality. I’m not sending any more orders to your business. You despondent an overhaul on your quality control habits
@GotPrint this is typical of the quality of work you are sending out - this is the back of a business card that SHOULD bleed. The artwork was sent to you correctly. You need to spend time hiring QUALIFIED people to work at your print shop. Your product quality is nonexistent.
@geekprivateer We use to offer grayscale as an option but was the same price so we no longer offer that unless files are designed that way. We totally understand, orders come out of CA, TX or KY to somewhat help with pricing but of course varies due to product weight. We’re working to improve
@GotPrint Maybe so, but it would have been nice to see for ourselves. Plus once things get sent out way it would be disheartening to find out we paid $16 for something that came from Jersey when we're West Virginia panhandle based
Hey, @GotPrint if you all me to customize my business cards then how come for my current order I was forced to pay for full color when I wanted just black and white and I wasn't allow to choose the font I wanted. Yea I found a 25% coupon but $48+ total for 500 cards disgusting

@OpticalOnPoint Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Our shipping rates are based on zip code and weight of the products. Unfortunately, we do not have control over shipping as our website is directly linked to the carrier generating the best possible price.
I even called your customer service team for clarification. While the representative was polite and did their best to explain, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t convinced.
@GotPrint I began placing an order for business cards with your company this morning, but ultimately chose not to complete it due to the unexpectedly high shipping cost.
