@GothamsCommish “I understand, Commissioner, and I know you’re not gung-ho for the guy. I just wanted to tell you how I felt about it,” she said in that uneasy, socially awkward way as she prepared to leave. “If it’s any consolation, I think the City Council is better with you on it.”
