@VirtualJoi Depends on the person I think. Some people would like to have it finally be acknowledged, others want to move on and forget that it ever happened even if things are left unaddressed. Sometimes we just gotta sit in our regret no matter how much we've grown I guess

if you regret actions you’ve made or you’ve wronged people from ~4-7 years ago and you grew and got better and it still haunts you every now and then, is it better to let them continue to live having forgotten you or to apologize even if it means potentially reopening the wounds

@CerpinTaxt_OSRS Ty bro, progress has really slowed down after my expenditure has dropped with losing so much. Pretty much at a 0.5-1 pound/week deficit atm eating 1500-1800 calories/day
