Yesterday I hosted the Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary General on Solutions to Internal Displacement, Mr Robert Piper where we discussed a range of issues around Yobe's effort at Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction following the Boko Haram crisis.
