There's never been a more important time for administrators to listen to their staff. Listen to their needs & struggles and then find ways to serve the ones who serve our students.

Maslow's Hierarchy isn't just for children. We grow up still needing to belong, friendships, sense of accomplishment, praise, respect of others, etc. Leaders, make sure these needs of your staff are being met, or they will find somewhere to have them met.

We're so fast to blame the government for fraud and corruption. Citizens aren't so innocent! We all play a part against corruption.

Students work harder for teachers they like and respect. Relationships before rigor.

I would say that technologically savvy teavhers are indeed ready to embrace digital leadership, compared to the BBTs generation of teachers.

@GovenderSteffan I font think they are ready but great leaders will be hurrying towards readiness. This will take some time and there's a lot to learn. I often find the subordinates have more tech knowledge than leaders themselves.
