Question- If the AI foundation model layer becomes commoditized/standardized/undifferentiated, in some respects following the path of databases in their role within web apps, where will differentiation for AI startups come from? Do we get back to the defensibility that exists within products in the recent era? Network effects, deep integration into B2B processes, maybe even brand/UX, etc? Or where else might this go?

Corporates should learn from startups. Despite of lack of defined roles, WIP process controls, startups were ready enough to adopt 💯% WFH faster than the established and mature businesses. Kudos to the Founders.
