Congratulations to @potterybarn on continuing to have the worst customer service. Still waiting for an update on a bed purchased over a month ago. No updates. No refunds. No one is able to help except "I'll have an update in 3-5 business days" 💀

@SamsungSupport It’s a 75 inch tv mounted on the wall. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue - Google white spots on Samsung TVs. Only to get rerouted to Angie’s list. Seriously. I have given you my phone number. Look up all this info.
