@Bajaj_Finserv Most pathetic and frustrating customer service. You guys have hired Fraud Sales agent, Rohit - 8076861365, who first promise customers of getting additional charges removed on pretext of selling products and once that is sold, doesn't take call or give excuses.

At the end, customer keep calling him to get those charges removed but he doesn't help...Same on @Bajaj_Finserv for hiring such fraud people.

@airtelindia one of most pathetic network. Don't know how u claim to be India's no 1 5G network..ur network sucks and so does ur pathetic customer service..Imagine a TAT of 15 days in 2023..ur airtel stores are good for nothing
