Yardy alam4o video makes a great point (completely unrelated to alam4o) that core members of teams don’t have to worry about getting dropped even and usually the “rookie” or less experienced player gets scapegoated and dropped regardless of performance. Which then leads to job security and lack of effort put in to win by the players who know they won’t get dropped. Not about anyone specific just a thought 🤟😊
