I have to get something off my chest. The adjunct’s office at Marist is right off the copy room. By office I mean tiny desk I work at. Today, a (I assume) professor came in and said “I’m in a crazy rush please make 50x copies of this.” I did not correct her. I made the copies.

@BaileyCarlin Our school has universal breakfast and lunch. It has normalized eating meals at school and taken away all stigma that was there prior. Growing up having to go through the line and give a code when everyone else pays is embarrassing and I often opted out of eating to avoid it.

Food (for children) should be a basic human right. The fact that school lunch debt exists is horrific. The fact that a district would opt OUT of serving their struggling students and families is even worse.

Three weeks ago, I announced we would have enough vaccine supply for all Americans by the end of July. Now, with our efforts to ramp up production, we will have enough vaccines for every American by the end of May.

@JaneLindholm Just curious, but does this same restriction relate to multi-household gatherings? Kids are not vaccinated and therefore not able to gather with another household with children?

On travel policy: if adults in a household are fully vaccinated but children in the same household are not, those children will still have to quarantine if the family wants to travel out of state (at least for right now).
