@AdrianaMor29721 @ChristianYelich Thank you so much! I’ve been dealing with Crohn’s for about 8 years so theres lots of ups and downs. I’ve found outlets are so helpful, for me it’s music & sports. I also lean on my faith and knowing there’s a reason for it helps tons🤍 I try to spread awareness to help others:)
