Parents, raising confident adults start from childhood. It starts from your daily comments, actions and reactions. Don't bully the stage out of your child.

Seeing people getting loans to celebrate festivals or parties amazes me. What happened after the party? Your mental health is important and so is your heart. Don't borrow money to impress people. Live within your means.

Many people silently struggle with conditions like depression, anxiety, or stress, yet still show up smiling. Be kind you never truly know what someone is going through.

Always go to professionals for support. Don't isolate yourself. Don't stay glued to your phone. Speak up, let out and feel light.

Substance addicts are prone to serious health conditions including worsened mental illness.

@GraceHealthIt Substance abuse is another menace, people take solace in the use of substances to combat depression but it only adds to it,and compound the problem

Substance use is becoming a coping mechanism for many suffering depression, but it only deepens the problem. Alcohol and substance use will never deal with emotional frustrations. It will only lead to impulsive behaviors.

What do we do to reduce depression and suicide rates in our society? 1. Normalize mental health conversations 2. Make help accessible 3. Support, not shame 4. Listen more, judge less The truth is people are tired and overwhelmed. So if the economy does not help them, we should.

Only psychiatrists can diagnose depression. People can suspect it, AI and Google can help diagnose with symptoms but only certified psychiatrists and pyschologists can diagnose and treat depression.

@GraceHealthIt I feel the economy is a contributing factor to depression. A man that is hungry or poor is subjected to depression
