Class 4 state track & field at Liberty University: #Handley junior Jaishaun Offutt (shot put) and #Sherando junior Noah Harris (high jump) have each won state titles with personal records. Offutt threw 57-2.5 to win by half an inch and Harris jumped 6-7 to win by two inches.
