@tompacyk We're continually improving the app. Requesting more time is on our roadmap and will be developed in one of our future updates. We have many exciting features planned.✌🏻

Maybe most importantly, Screen Time allows kids to send parents a request for more time and we can say 15 minutes, an hour, or all day (and notably, you cannot choose ANY other time interval which is way more inconvenient than you'd think). Grace can't do this.

Just tried out the @GraceParental app between a kid iPad and my phone. I love the idea of a simplified and more flexible interface because Apple's Screen Time config is a nightmare for parents, so kudos to them for trying to make this happen.

During install, I was getting really ugly error messages when trying to grant Grace permission on the kid iPad until I tried manually turning off the existing Screen Time config. That fixed it, but it was not intuitive for someone who has already tried to set restrictions.

Grace is intelligent and can block both YouTube app and Youtube.com together, so you don’t need to worry about controlling them one by one. Just create an App Limit for YouTube. It will automatically be blocked once the child uses up the allowed time.✌🏻 #blockapps
