Took a little drive down to KC and checked out @KStateSOC vs @RazorbackSoccer soccer yesterday! The new KC Current Riverside Facility is 💯. Good soccer and great facilities=Fantastic weekend! Hoping to catch more preseason games in next few months!

My mom works in an orthopedic clinic-with one of the best knee surgeons in our area. It’s something they constantly talk about around the building. What more can be done? I’m lucky my mom realized from a young age to get me into the weight room and to be consistent with it in season and out of season. I’ve realized the importance of stretching and proper warm up along with nutrition and weight training. But I’ve also know girls who did everything right too and it still happened. What’s the answer to this insanely under talked about problem?
