Yesterday, we took on the legendary Water Tower Workout. This workout has been a right of passage for years for our team and all of Coach Verwey's distance runners over the years.

We had so much fun doing a little pre-season cross country racing at the "Cross Country Team Challenge" tonight at Richmond Park in Grand Rapids!
