FIFA confirm the World Cup closing ceremony will feature Tom Cruise, Laura Pausini, Nicole Scherzinger, Robbie Williams and IShowSpeed. Jennifer Hudson will perform the United States national anthem ahead of the final.

@JBentley_ATX @MichelleS_tv Video isn’t entirely bad but it does have some different levels of cringe, can’t quite put my finger on the main cause. Doesn’t help that the face of it is currently at the center of some next level WC controversies/conspiracies—personally I’m tired of seeing his face.

I really do find joy in the casual American footy fan discovering international players. The game is growing in the U.S., even if that growth doesn't always begin with the domestic league.
I don’t see why this video is getting negative reactions.

@VerdeCityLimits Having a good on-field product to come back to after this break would’ve been helpful for the club to secure the attention of newbie fans. Unfortunate that we won’t see any real change until next season. Newbie fans will probably get bored and move on by then.

UPDATE: The international roster slot #AustinFC traded to #LAGalaxy back in February has officially returned to the club today, July 13th, as outlined in the original trade agreement.
Austin received $240k #GAM in exchange for the temporary use of the roster slot until the opening of the Secondary Transfer Window.
