I think heavy use of nicotine pouches is going to end up being worse for brain health than even pack-a-day smoking, via acetylcholine receptor downregulation, and chronic vasoconstriction leading to endothelial dysfunction > reduction in white and gray matter.

@RogueScholarPr Some people tolerate cigars or pipe but have strong histamine reaction to cigarettes. Maybe an additive issue?

@GraduatedBen Cigarettes tend to produce more vasoconstriction than cigars or pipe even though you can absorb a lot more nicotine from the latter. I wonder if there’s a way to mitigate this effect

Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned.
