Here’s a top-to-toe rebuild of what I think is probably the best-composed Dr Who photoshoot ever done: Lis Sladen and Tom Baker receiving a big hand at Oldbury Nuclear Power Station, Gloucestershire, on Thursday 17th June 1976, during filming for #DoctorWho and the Hand of Fear. Dunno if the shoot was undertaken on behalf of the station itself, but the only use I know of (for this one and a similar b&w photo also attached) is in this issue of In•Vision. And as you can see there wasn’t much there to work with! But I’ve done my best and at least you can see who’s actually in the photo now and what’s going on. It ain’t perfect but by god it’s better than what we had before!
