Here is my assessment of the issue between Poland and Ukraine🇵🇱🇺🇦
It’s 75% Nawrocki’s fault, Nawrocki blew it out of proportion by taking away the Medal from Zelenskyy, and 25% on Zelenskyy’s, Zelenskyy started it by accepting the UPA name for the military unit.
Then the rest it’s 50-50 on Polish and Ukrainian nationalists fueled by natural stupidity and Russian propaganda. Nationalism is a cancer of our society that Russia is using for decades, look at the MAGA in America, it’s a Russian creation.

@Grahamfromeire @polidemitolog It's not 1%. Debt servicing has doubled from 4.5% of the total federal budget to 9% in just 4 years. That makes it around 3.5% of GDP. That's a huuuuge increase. For example US debt servicing is currently around 3.3% of GDP and that's already causing issues.

Zelensky is a badass. By attacking Russian oil refineries, he's collapsing the Russian economy because petroleum is Russia's biggest export by far. If Russia has no petroleum revenue, it will have no money for weapons. Zelensky will eventually force Russia to end its aggression.

Crimea and occupied parts of 4 Ukrainian Oblasts will never be acknowledged as Russian because that would mean devastation for the modern understanding of how borders of sovereign countries work, with dire consequences for millions. Russia must retreat from Ukraine entirely.

This is why I’m always sceptical when I hear that “the Russian economy is on the verge of collapse.”
China has already cushioned much of the impact of sanctions through trade, energy purchases and alternative markets.
The real question isn’t whether Russia can keep going, but how far Beijing is willing to go in supporting Moscow if this war drags on for years.

A couple of years ago, I was in Kraków. Sitting on a park bench, I noticed a drunk Polish man, perhaps homeless. He was swearing loudly and occasionally bothering passers-by.
He came over and asked where I was from. When I told him I was from Ukraine, he simply said, “Fuck Russia.” We shook hands and smiled.
I believe Ukrainians and Poles should keep their domestic issues for themselves, while working together for our shared interests. We should not undermine our common future to the delight of fucking Russia.
