@ronsterd89 Use a ground beef with enough fat, like 75%/25% or 80%/20%. Seasoning: Bolner's Fiesta brand Hamburger Deluxe seasoning. Mix it in with the meat, let it sit at least a couple hours then make patties. Cook to Medium, add caramelized onions, and use Martin's Potato Rolls for buns.
