Underhill Avenue appreciation 🧵. I bike this street weekly to get my kids to swim class but today I switched up my running route back from Prospect Park so that I could document the components that make this “Bike Boulevard” so safe and comfortable for walking/cycling.

look I know the NYT tech people are on strike, but Wordlebot’s “you had two to pick from and you chose the wrong one” is unbelievably funny #thatsabummer

@reloweeda According to Wordlebot, a consistent 0.3% of Wordle players start with yesterday’s word. For me it adds a bit of randomness and continuity to the game. I didn’t like trying to calculate the stats. “First you can think of” is fun, too — different every day!

@Gramiq oh, starting with yesterday's word is a good tactic! Much more disciplined than mine, which is pretty much "what's the first 5-letter word I can think of?"

@reloweeda Most people do Wordle->Wordlebot but we always start with yesterday’s word so we do Wordlebot->Wordle specifically because we can never remember yesterday’s word either! (Amy and I play together, this is not the royal we)

@Gramiq I didn't think you would be so cavalier as to post today's result, but apparently after I play I completely forget each day's game (the timing of that word was definitely funny, though)
