Russian scumbags in Vietnam have lost the opportunity to obtain Mastercard bank cards, as local banks have tightened their rules. Now, to apply for a card, a visa of at least six months is required, which is only possible after opening a business, which is a complex process. Bank branches are crowded with Russians hoping to obtain cards under the old rules, but the chances of success are minimal, as even previously submitted applications are being rejected.
