Portsmouth have had two shots on target against #Boro this season and taken six points.

@TCGKenny @BradenMTG It's often difficult to work out if the best line is to turn your cards 90° clockwise or 90° anti-clockwise
Or the forbidden tech of 270° either direction

@krissibarks I haven't had any confirmation of if mine has been shipped or not. I just have to hope and pray 🙃
English

@krissibarks I, too, am extremely salty about this :)
Also worth noting that the website states an ETA of 4-7 business days and it didn't ship until FRIDAY of last week so that's an extra 2 days there! 😭

@sammathews I really liked both the collar, and the fact that the sleeves were fitted at the end.

@LorcanaJustice Ah I see!
It seems to follow a similar style to the bounce & bend decks of pre-rotation so I'm excited to give this one a go!
English

@GrannySpanner It's named after the comicbook character of the same name who shares a colorscheme with the deck. Also when you pilot the deck correctly you can feel you brain expanding to see all the possible lines.

Welcome back to your weekly meta report, this week is our DLC Bologna special! We'll be looking at the meta share for the event on days 1 and 2 compared to our usual comparison of overall meta share and top 8 conversion. With an event this large and attended by so many skilled players I think looking at the data this way is the most illuminating for how each deck performed instead of concerning ourselves with which decks then went on to make top 32 or top 8.
The meta share probably ended up exactly as we could have predicted with the 4 more popular decks taking a little more than 85% of the meta share, with 🔵🟣 and 🟡⚪️ showing up in slightly higher numbers than prior weeks due to players consolidating onto the highest performing lists for such a big event. 🟢🔵, 🟣⚪️, and 🟢🟡 figures held fairly steady. I saw many top players agreeing privately that GY Dogs was the smart move for the weekend, but very few of them actually committed to taking it. 🟢⚪️ was the only other deck to see a notable uptick in the overall meta share after it's success at the content creator set champs, while 🔵⚪️ and 🔴🟣 saw their already small meta share figures drop notably.
The day 2 share figures are remarkably tight for the big 4, BP had the worst conversion ratio, but still dominated with a 33% meta share. AS, GB, and PS all converted at a pretty steady rate. The real standouts for day 2 conversion were GY and the surprise deck of the event, 🟢🟣, which me and my test group debuted a new list for at this event. GY posted massive conversion figures off the back of BP's signficant meta share, while 3/4 of the players from my testing group who brought GP Brainiac carried the ink pair's conversion figures as the only players on the ink pair to make day 2.
The win rate matrix figures are steady. BP is the best deck overall by a tiny margin, with extremely acceptable win rates into every deck and a dominating head to head with PS. AS is the fool's aggro deck, boasting a slightly favoured BP matchup, but being unfavoured into GB and PS to a greater degree, and being crushed by GY. With the latter three lists having a combinated meta share almost exactly equal to BP, its overall win rate sits at exactly 50%.
PS remains a solid choice for players who think they can win their matches with tight play and capitalize on their opponent's mistakes, it's got quite a tough time into BP but is extremely favoured into everything else. I think GB remains the smartest pick for players who want to have a high ceiling but want to avoid BP mirrors, it has an extremely even matchup spread into everything but AS which it dominates.
GY would probably be the best deck in the format if not for PS's ability to tamp it down, it's moderately favoured into BP, extremely favoured into AS, and 50/50 with GB. As I mentioned before many players have expressed belief that it's the smart pick, but high level players tend to shy away from decks with lower agency like dogs.
Set champs started this weekend, so over the new two weeks we'll be taking a look at how players have responded to the results from Bologna in the lead up to Milwaukee, which will be the final meta report for this season before I take a small break in the lead up to set 10.

@LorcanaJustice I've been curious, where does the name Brainiac come from for your GP list?
