Currentlyin Lincoln Community Diagnostic Centre, NHS with my parents. Second time this month and it is very impressive as a one stop shop for all medical tests including scans of all types and blood tests. Glad a further 250 announced in the budget! Definitely more efficient!

Unbelievably 40 years ago I started my RGN nurse training @BlackpoolHosp! Amazing career and met the best friends! Moved to Leeds in 1988 to do RMN training (then 18 months conversion) and never looked back! Never regretted this decision! Think this is from 1986??

A year ago I was worried about cancer, fearful of forthcoming surgery and afraid of what the future might bring. Today I’m 59 and proud of it, there is hope for the future and a life worth living. Never give up, kids. Life is there for us all. And let’s hear it for the NHS!!!
