A welcome U-turn from the PM as he finally agrees to UK bases being used to protect British interests under attack from Iran. Quite why it's taken him two days to make the most obvious decision of his premiership is another matter!

Trump is right to attack Iran's evil regime, and their many proxies. But I find it deeply troubling that the UK may have failed to allow the US to use our bases and assets to contribute to the destruction of Iran's ballistic & nuclear missile programme.
