If you say “I can’t know for sure if I’m going to heaven” it sounds like you’re trusting in your behavior to get you to heaven, and not what Jesus did.

Those who believe in Christ for their salvation have life in the coming eons before death is abolished and God is All in all (1 Cor. 15:23-28).

Hell isn’t full of people Jesus rejected, it’s full of people who rejected Jesus.

I just found out Thomas Massie's current wife is a far left Democrat. That speaks volumes. The person closest to him who has the most influence over him is a Democrat. His voting with Democrats is starting to make a lot more sense now.

The Apostle Paul wrote that believers will be judging “messengers” (1 Corinthians 6:3 CLNT). I know that most Bible translations use the term “angels,” but the underlying Greek term does not describe angels as depicted in religious art. The term can refer to either humans or celestial beings - anyone who carries a message. From the Keyword Concordance of the Concordant Literal New Testament on the term “a[n]g’gel os:” “One who carries a message… concerning whose nature we are not informed, for the word speaks only of office. The term angel is avoided because it is misleading and cannot refer to human messengers” (p. 194).

Neither do I. In fact, I don’t even have enough energy to judge politicians.

@regnad_kcinn @nicksortor All of the satirical accounts I have found on X are people making fun of the Left. I have never found a satirical account, run by a Leftist, making fun of the Right. The Left lost its sense of humor.

@nicksortor When I am King, my soldiers will go door-to-door testing Democrats to make sure they can laugh. The ones who can't will be rounded up and fed to the wolves. There used to be laughing Democrats, with actual senses of humor. I don't know what happened.

@historigins Anything but address the actual problem right? Rather milk money with this bullshit than remedy the root of the cause. This is just addressing symptoms, fix the problem. Acidity, the body not being alkaline and cleansed.

@maxamir @AiG The only being in the universe to be completely in the image of God is Christ Jesus; He is the firstborn of every creature (Colossians 1:15). Humans were created in the image of God only in a relative sense - compared to the other species coming from the 6-day creation.

@AiG if all humans are still in the image of God after the Fall then they have no need for Christ who is the Image of God because they already must therefore have Him. It is the devil who wants to hide what happened to man and why all need Christ.
