Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders. These can often be triggered after experiencing something traumatic, such as sexual violence.

Survivors of sexual violence can often times experience low self-esteem and sometimes develop eating disorders. These disorders can be life-threatening if not recognized and treated appropriately. It is important to get help early to recovery.

Younger victims (ages 12-24 ) who undergo a forensic examination or seek assistance are more likely to not return for appointments. To combat this we created "Operation Esteem" to help them with their healing journey. Check out more here: operationesteem.org #teens
