This is the picture of the NFT market over the last 12 months My notes on this: 1️⃣ in terms of NFT market domination, there are only 3 relevant projects: Punks, BAYC, & Pudgy Penguins 2️⃣ Cryptopunks dominance actually doubled from Mar 2025 to Mar 2026, jumping from 20% to 40% 3️⃣ BAYC & Pudgy Penguins hover at constant dominance range in the last 12 months: > 6-7% for BAYC > 4-5% for Pudgy Penguins 4️⃣ NFT mcap went from $3Bn to $1.5Bn over this period as well. Not a good sight but the fact that Punks increased dominance and BAYC + Pudgy maintained theirs is enough to tell you that they’re the top collections in the space 5️⃣ The market dominance of other collections in a down NFT market takes a hit. Noticeably, all the other collections except BAYC & Pudgy Penguins got lower dominance in favor of Punks Note as well that this includes NFTs across 17 chains but doesn’t include TON & Panini Blockchain NFTs yet
