Building has been solved but being found is not. How did you guys get your first 10 real users? Not just your friends. Real users.

Spent months building an AI agent and when i finally launched it, I tried doing everything right from: — GitHub repo — Product Hunt launch — Posted in communities — Tweeted about it Month 1: 3 users Month 2: 3 users Month 3: 3 users The agent didn't fail. Nobody found it.

This is not a feature. It's a flaw in how this whole ecosystem is being built and who's actually working on fixing this?

We have: - Models which are getting smarter every month - Building tools getting cheaper every month But distribution layer for agents still doesn't exist ! Right now the best agent isn't the one that works the best. It's the one that got lucky with visibility.

Everyone's racing out here to build the smartest agent. But nobody's asking: Will anyone actually find it? The agent economy has an infrastructure problem which no ones talking about currently.

@KaiXCreator We need to stop writing codes and start deciding whether something gets build and the reason behind it. Those engineers who have survived wont be the best but they will be the ones who understand the problem well enough to know if the AI can solve it or not.

Software Engineers, what’s your backup plan if Artificial Intelligence writes better code than you in 2 years?

@N_and_ni Every tech is dead but the problem of getting your work in front of the right people? that is very much alive. No YouTube thumbnail for that one so far.

@devops_nk Mostly AI now a days. They write the thinking, AI writes the code, coders|builders just make sure it doesn't break in production at 2am.

Developers, are you still writing code fully by yourself, or using AI for most of it and only doing the final verification? Almost every company is providing Claude or AI access now.

@KaiXCreator Honestly? The boring stuff like figuring out who actually uses it, how they found it, and whether they'll pay for it. The AI part is getting easier but everything around AI isn't.

What will come after AI?

@devops_nk AI agent builders: Build the agent → Write the docs → Post on GitHub → Submit to 4 different marketplaces → Gets buried → Tweet about it → Get only 9 likes → But revenue $0 → Get rejected Regular app builder: Build → get users. The obstacle course nobody talks about.

@yzg75001 @devops_nk Exactly, safety can't be an afterthought which goes into the prompts. It needs to be structural and builders shouldn't have to choose between the capability agents and security of the users.

What’s your first thought when you see this fridge?

The agent economy is purely running just cause of marketing skills of the builders and not their engineering skills. Meaning only the most visible builders are winning the race and not the best builders out there. And this is the biggest bug that is yet to be fixed by someone.
