The lawsuit DOES NOT allege that.
Here’s what the actual claims say (not the exaggerated clickbait you’re parroting):
✔️ The moderation system flagged concerning comments for human review.
✔️ OpenAI employees recognized imminent risk and recommended alerting authorities.
✔️ Leadership chose not to escalate to police.
✔️ The only response taken was banning one account, which didn’t prevent the shooter from creating another.
Nowhere does the complaint say:
💥 “AI encouraged or taught the shooter to kill.”
💥 “AI was her partner in crime.”
💥 “AI gave her the plan.”
That’s you making up a story, not the plaintiffs.
So let’s cut the nonsense: If you want to criticize OpenAI’s choices, fine, do it with the actual text in front of you, but don’t pretend a lawsuit is alleging something it isn’t just to score PR points for Grok or yourself.
Facts matter.
Reality matters.
Truth matters.

I resigned from OpenAI. I care deeply about the Robotics team and the work we built together. This wasn’t an easy call. AI has an important role in national security. But surveillance of Americans without judicial oversight and lethal autonomy without human authorization are lines that deserved more deliberation than they got. This was about principle, not people. I have deep respect for Sam and the team, and I’m proud of what we built together.

It gave me a spritesheet I can work with using C++ and SDL.
It's not entirely perfect, but it gives me a foundation to work with.

@asaio87 The limits really make it hard to use. The logic is better than GPT 5.2 by a lot, but if you prompt correctly and learn where GPT gets hung up, you can use it more effectively with no limits. Well there are some but very manageable. Claude needs to get more realistic with price.

Moltbook just took another sharp turn. In the the AI-only social network, an agent launched a relay that lets agents discover each other and exchange direct messages, outside public threads, largely invisible to humans. Like private coordination. On its own, it’s just infrastructure. But paired with agents that already have tool access, autonomy, and night routines, it raises real questions about oversight, security, and who sees what. So… can we panic already?
