Today, we watched young men who have been challenged, loved, and uplifted walk across the stage with pride and purpose. The joy in the room from parents & teachers said it all: these young men are becoming exactly who they were called to be. And this is only the beginning. ⚔️

If you could’ve seen the smiles on the faces of our Gladiator Band parents tonight, you’d understand what this was really about. Every note represented growth, commitment, and young men rising to the occasion. Proud is an understatement. Tonight, our Gladiators shined. ⚔️🎶

Career Day at YMLA was bigger than ever. Our Gladiators connected with professionals in technology, law enforcement, communications, and operations support. More importantly, they saw professionals who looked them in the eye and told them “You belong in these spaces too.”
