I've seen a bit of slander towards Dike today but considering he's not remotely match fit as previously not been used under Mason and only bit part for a couple games under Ramsay. To play 70+mins today will only do him good... Hopefully fitter he gets, more he can impact

@EyaWeGew Id give him a couple seasons tbf Experienced manager unlike the last 2. If he can't keep us up, I'd be more confident of him being able to get us promoted and finding gems - taking that responsibility away from IP - as he going with Pereira

Things change quickly in football The club are only prepared to offer a short term deal until the end of the season. He, on the other hand, is pushing for something longer term, more in the region of 2/3 years. Right now, they appear some way apart. Unless one side softens their stance, this one looks difficult to get over the line. #WBA

@EyaWeGew I’d normally agree, but we’re in a relegation battle, not safe in mid-table, and with an Morrison under pressure to get results straight away, I can’t see the young players getting much of a chance tbh.

I’d fully expect to see the likes of Bostock, Whitwell and Alex Williams getting far more minutes than they ever did under the previous managers. Mozza rates their energy and their willingness to actually take the game on. That’s been missing. We’ve looked flat, predictable, too safe. Those lads will bring intent and hunger to the 11. #WBA

Look at JJ here. Loses it weakly, then completely gives up and stands there. Why isnt he busting a gut to close down the ball - if he does, that ball over the top never gets played. Bostock should be playing over JJ, easily.

@Sk1pperrwba @WBAoscar Williams was in the first team before his injury and was great. Bostock would offer a lot more than JJ or Price. Already in and around the first team and performed well when given a proper chance. It's no worse than playing other people's youth
