Just back from flying visit to play two Midlands courses… one the really interesting and radically changed Whittington Heath where it was great to catch up with @GolfMonthly course reviewer @Johndrakegolf….

old vs new bunkers mmmmm let me think if it’s money we’ll spent 🤣 ! high maintenance an a few issues to resolve but i’ll take that any day over the old ones that are horrendous after heavy rain! @jonathangaunt @GreasleyGolf @AbbeydaleGolf can’t be done quick enough for me 👍🏻

Fantastic to be able to softly open the new greenside bunkers and turfed areas on the Creek Front 9 today. Work will continue in gradually reducing the cut around the bunkers but they are looking fantastic!
