At this point, Texas Tech needs to part way with Sorsby. Even if it requires that you potentially have to eat $5 million in NIL money to make the situation go away. They seem to be willing to put the entire program in jeopardy over this.
If they cannot see that, then they deserve everything coming their way.

It’s Texas Techs fault for trying to get him eligible after the NCAA deemed him ineligible. He broke the cardinal rule of team sports and yall are keeping him from having any consequences. 2 games is bullshit.

It is not Texas Tech's fault that Brendan Sorsby placed bets while at Indiana and Cincinnati It is not Texas Tech's fault that the NCAA couldn't win what should have been a layup of an injunction hearing. Texas Tech is not going to be bullied by the rest of the league into not playing a kid who was granted eligibility by a district judge.
