To @BestBuySupport - We paid for an A/C Delivery, Installation and Haul Away of old unit. Best Buy delivery person came: delivered and installed but said they needed to come back to Haul Away later. But they marked the whole order as "COMPLETE" and NEVER RETURNED. Help! 😠
