@BestBuy Worst service ever purchased a television from the Germantown store. The television was damaged. They didn’t want to return it. They finally agreed to an exchange. My television was picked up and no delivery. Just a refund at 7pm. AMAZON it is!!

Be cautious when purchasing appliances from @BestBuy item was estimated for pick up on 3/6. Delayed and after my 2nd attempt find out I am told it now is "out of stock and put on back order". No communication provided or compensation provided for the inconvenience #lies #bankrup

Hey @BestBuySupport, I just received an "Open-Box Excellent" Alienware laptop that is clearly NOT Excellent. It has visible scratches and severe screen bleed. Online chat was unhelpful and refused a price adjustment. Can someone help? #CustomerService #BestBuy

I bought an 85" Sony Bravia from @BestBuy on March 1st. Delivery took 12 days. Now mounting has been delayed another week and just got cancelled again via email. I've been lied to and given the runaround by at least 5 different employees. A @BestBuySupport agent on X even told me to wait until he gets back from vacation to 'fix' it. I spoke with someone from 'corporate' this morning who told me she has to investigate and will possibly get back to me tomorrow. @BestBuy doesn't seem to care and refuses to actually mount the TV. @BestBuySupport help? This is unacceptable for a big purchase. Here's a picture of the TV in the box sitting in my living room.

@BestBuy I have come to the conclusion that some companies attempt at using AI is somewhat deficient in HI or human intelligence … having problems with a printer I purchased at the Woodbridge store, I tried to contact the Geek squad there..I finally just hung up the phone

This escalated FAST… A customer tried to return a $3,000 item at Best Buy, but the cashier refused, and things quickly turned tense. Situations like this can go from calm to confrontational in seconds, especially when big money is involved. Who do you think is actually in the wrong here, the customer or the store? And should stores be more flexible with returns on expensive items?

@AngelMD1103 Best Buy is the worst. I bought 4 new TVs from them that I paid roughly $400 for each. I even got the insurance on the TV. I had 1 of them one day and it broke. They refused to cover the insurance or the warranty. Straight up told me tough luck. They are a giant scam @BestBuy

@BestBuy bro I’m still waiting on Pokopia. Initial delivery date was March 6th. Never came. The tracking number for OnTrac just said it was never received by you. Then I call you about it and you say you will replace it. It was supposed to be here YESTERDAY. It says delayed now!!
