@BestBuy has sent me a letter to change my email on my settings. The email on my profile no longer works. I went to change it on the app, but to verify it was me, they send code to non working email! I'd love to know how i can change because I'm not receiving ANY emails .

@BestBuy is scamming people with the use of carrier partners. They don't inform consumers about their CP relationships. We purchase a product, product never gets delivered, and BB doesn't do anything. They get paid, consumer scammed out of money. Just happened to me #fraud

@BestBuy @Apple Took phone to bestbuy (Apple directed me there)for battery replacement. Dude broke the phone because he didn’t make sure it was updated first. Told me he ordered another and will here 7-8 days. 10 days go by. I’ve called and emailed bestbuy but no response. Drove to Tampa Apple Store but they can’t do anything. Drove to Best Buy. Manager there says phone won’t be in until the 6/8. I ask for a loaner. No. A hotspot. No. She recommends I buy another phone and return it within 2 weeks. The new phone won’t be here for over a month at least so 2 week return doesn’t work. Now I’m stuck without a map for my 3 month road trip that I was leaving for 6/4. I need some help here.

@BestBuy logistics are totally broken. My appliance was loaded on a truck today, aborted mid-route for no reason, and delayed to Monday with no communication. Gutting the Total membership while your last-mile delivery fails is a disastrous strategy. Do better @BestBuySupport
