🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 I want to be VERY clear and address some "NEWS" stories written about me that suggest that I voted against a bill making AI generated child pornography or images illegal. These stories are dangerous as they push a false narrative and instill hatred and violence against myself and my family. No, I do not support child pornography or any form of child exploitation. That's a disgusting and dishonest smear. I voted against HF1606 the bill aimed at banning access to "nudification" AI tools that create non-consensual deepfake nudes, because it is an ineffective, messaging bill that does little to actually stop determined bad actors. People intent on creating or accessing this material will simply use a VPN to hide their location and bypass Minnesota's jurisdiction entirely. The bill creates a false sense of security, allowing politicians to claim "Minnesota solved the problem" when it changes almost nothing for those who actually produce or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Importantly, the production, possession, and distribution of child sexual abuse material is already strictly illegal under both federal and Minnesota law. ● Federal law: It is a serious felony under 18 U.S.C. § 2251 (sexual exploitation of children), 18 U.S.C. § 2252, and 18 U.S.C. § 2252A (activities relating to child pornography). uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?hl=… ● Minnesota state law: Prohibited under Minnesota Statutes § 617.247 (possession and dissemination of child sexual abuse material) and § 617.246 (use of minors in sexual performances). revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/… These existing laws carry severe penalties, including lengthy prison sentences. If we are going to be realistic, Evil Geniuses have no chance at making playoffs. if they want any chance at remaining competitive, I think they need to overhaul their roster (yes again) But why a brazilian roster? i think we can all agree that dgzin is the only reason this team is competitive. But I think. also, they have somewhat of a fanbase in Brazil with their Game Changers team that they recently acquired, so I don't think Brazil is out of the question. I just don't think c0m has what it takes to be an in-game leader, and supamen okeanos and bao don't bring the firepower that EG probably want. the INTZ core of Tisora, Siduzord and guuih have been together for almost a year. and Askia has been a top player this stage. bringing mat along also helps bridge the game between the english speaking coach and portuguese speaking players, especially during timeouts. is this roster realistic, absolutely not. but i think it would be worth considering what do you think?
