1st time Freediving in the open ocean & made it 27.8 meters (~91 feet) down on one breath. My instructor tells me this is a great result for a beginner. In the deep sea I discovered an unparalleled tranquility, evoking a sensation similar to a deeply focused yoga session—yet magnified exponentially. Wonder how far I could go if I practiced for real.
