I've been a committed Christian since 1988 and never heard anyone say "Christ is King" till fairly recently. "JESUS IS LORD" is the phrase I've always heard and used. "Christ is King" seems to have become a slogan for certain elements who seem to be pushing another agenda.

@ostrachan I agree, Pastor. However, I would not attend a Pentecostal church. I have in the past, more than one, and most of the congregation bought into the prophecy-tongues-healing so much it they were immature believers. They constantly sought hard after supernatural experiences.

I believe that there are lots of true believers in the charismatic world. Many Pentecostals, members of the Assemblies of God, and others love the true gospel. They are not second-class Christians. They are loved by God just as cessationists like me are loved by God.
