Johnny Georges' company, Tree T-Pee, achieved great success after its participation in Shark Tank in 2013. Georges struck a deal with investor John Paul DeJoria, who offered $150,000 for 20% of the company. This investment and the exposure on the show resulted in a significant increase in sales and visibility for Tree T-Pee.
Tree T-Pee continued to grow, expanding its operations beyond Florida and reaching other states in the U.S. The company also sought partnerships with agricultural suppliers to make its products more accessible to farmers. As of 2024, the company is still in operation and generates about $5 million in annual revenue, selling its products in stores like Home Depot and through its website (Looper) (Gazette Review) (Market Realist).
After the passing of Johnny Georges in 2018, his son took over the leadership of the company, continuing his legacy and the mission to promote water conservation in agriculture.
