@fieldtreeroot Hi, sorry for the confusion. This policy was briefly changed last year, but it was then reverted back, and travel is now permitted throughout the full route again. I will ensure your feedback is taken on board and see if our page and website can be updated. -Ellie

@GreenLineUK Asking as on the Facebook page it says that disabled persons' freedom passes are not valid outside London so there needs to be a post made announcing that disabled persons' freedom passes and England-issued concessionary are valid for the entire greenline and greenline 757 route.

@GreenLineUK hello, I've purchased a ticket for the 25th using the "plan your journey" feature on the website, and it never said anything about not being available, not until I downloaded the app to manage the ticket did I see it wasn't valid for the 25th. Can I get a refund?

I bought a R/T ticket last month LTN to Marble Arch. I ended up getting a lift to the airport for my return. Can I use the return for another LTN to Marble Arch??

@GreenLineUK I know, but can I use the return for ANOTHER trip FROM Luton airport. So both would be in the same direction.
As stated above, I got a lift back to the airport last time....so didn't use my return yet.
