We started using Greenlight about a year ago for managing our kids money and it’s been fantastic. One of my favorite apps. Each kid gets a debit card, and we can pay them allowance and also for completing chores or jobs around the house. We can see their transactions and set permissions for what they can and can’t do. They can request reimbursement for expenses, which is useful for our 17 year old who often runs errands for us. They can budget for things and save up for them. It teaches them financial literacy. There are lots of useful lessons in the app. Videos and articles, written for kids. (Honestly, I’ve learned some things too.) They can even invest in the market! One of them is really into it and I think it’s great. The other two are less enthusiastic, but I’m working on them. Investing early has such huge compounding returns.

A thing that I like. @GreenlightCard entire experience is good from design to functionality. Our family uses it to teach our kids financial literacy and responsibility. They figured out how to do finances for families and kids which is fun but still crisp. 👌
