A lovely afternoon for our Key stage 1 commonwealth games. The children participated in Bowls, Badminton, Cricket and Archery . @GreenwaysPri @Temple_Sutton and @BlenheimPrimary representing Jamaica 🇯🇲 St Lucia, New Zealand 🇳🇿 and South Africa 🇿🇦

Tomorrow sees our final event of the year the KS1 commonwealth games trust cup with a special visitor 🦁. After tomorrow we would have had 306 children represent the school (112 in key stage 1 and 194 in key stage 2) which equates to 38% of our children across the school.

@SouthendWestSSP This can only happen as a result of the amazing work both you and @SouthendSSP do to provide us with these opportunities.

This week we are looking at back at the 2021-22 year and our achievements. This year we have participated at over 50 Sporting events / fixtures this year allowing a large number of students to represent the school, including 2 County Finals and 1 National Final.

This year our children have had access to 27 extra curricular clubs. This is an integral part of why we have been awarded the platinum school games mark (the highest award possible) recognising our commitment, engagement, participation in competitions and community links.

This year we have received funding & Sponsorship that has allowed us to purchase 8 New Basketball posts, 2 Gazebos, new staff kit, 2 new football kits and a netball kit. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year.
