@foundmyfitness Dr. Patrick, I have always wondered if the following will break the fast or "reset the clocks" when doing intermittent fasting with regards to fat loss / autophagy. Fish oil pills? BCAAs (10 cal)? Greens supplement (40 cal)? Do the benefits outweigh the negatives?
