Great program for a great bunch of students!

Be careful how you “praise” teachers for staying at school late each night and working on the weekends consistently. We literally enable them to live unbalanced lives and we send the message to those who don’t that this is the ultimate expectation. #SchoolCultureMatters

There’s nothing to lose by giving a #student a second chance. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. There’s only the possibility of strengthening a #relationship, demonstrating the power of #empathy, and instilling a glimmer of hopeful recovery.
